I have been a resident of the Chester County area for over 37 years. I became a licensed real estate agent in 1996 and opened Signature Group Real Estate Services, Inc. in September of 2001. I have been active in the business community as an entrepreneur since 1984 and founded D.S.K. Inc. in 1987, which specializes in NEW construction, and property rehabilitation. I specialize in commercial real estate, investment properties, as well as, residential. I am an avid real estate investor whose portfolio includes multifamily dwellings, apartments, commercial buildings, flex space, investment properties, medical facilities, industrial land and new construction. I enjoy boating, fishing, skiing, and motorcycling in my spare time. |
